Interested in becoming a 12 stars member? All new members are most welcome.
All new members must complete the membership form and agree to pay the appropriate membership contribution (see below). Membership form can either be sent via email to 12starscc@gmail.com or can be collected in person.
Once you become a member, we need to register you with BCF (Belgian Cricket Federation) before you can represent 12 Stars in BCF competition. This is a regulation that needs to be followed by all Cricket Clubs in Belgium. You will be communicated with details on how to do this.
The registration process needs the following details:
- Payment confirmation (screenshot or entry from your bank would be fine)
- Belgium ID or Passport copy (Scanned/Capture from camera-phone will also do)
- Address in Belgium
- Mobile phone number
- Passport size picture
- 2 references from existing members of the club

The following formula will be applied, at the end of the season, to calculate the actual fees of each member:
Basic fee + sum (Match fee * no of matches played) + Club jersey (if ordered)
(The difference between above amount and what has been paid will be communicated to members along with an invoice with extra amount to pay (>350) or an option to request a reimbursement (<350))

Membership benefits:
- Members will receive attestation for the mutuality to recover upto 50€ per year (depends on the mutuality)
- Invitation to events like BBQ, family events, tours, season ending awards function, news letters
